Kathleen Muldoon

Regional Service Network Manager - West Region | AccessOAP

Kathleen has been with AccessOAP since 2023. She has worked in the behaviour field for 20 years, holds a BA and B.S.T and currently pursuing her Registered Behaviour Analysis designation. Kathleen is bilingual. She is passionate about helping families, specifically those who are facing intersectional barriers.

Lyndsay Petican 

Regional Service Network Manager - East Region | AccessOAP

Lyndsay has been with AccessOAP since 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Studies and a postgraduate certificate in Behaviour Science Technology. Lyndsay is passionate about using technology and innovative system design to improve how families access and navigate supports, ensuring that services within the Ontario Autism Program are coordinated, efficient, and family-centered.
